The agreement between you and Auto Medic Dent Repair when you use this website or our services.
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at automedicdentrepair.com (the "Site") and the paintless dent repair and related services provided by Auto Medic Dent Repair ("Auto Medic," "Auto Medic PDR," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or authorizing repair work, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
Auto Medic Dent Repair specializes in paintless dent repair (PDR) for passenger vehicles, trucks, and fleet vehicles in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Our services include hail damage repair, door ding and minor dent removal, fleet and commercial repair, and insurance claim management.
PDR is a technique used to remove dents from a vehicle's body panels without paint, fillers, or traditional body work. It is suitable for most dents where the original paint is intact and the metal has not been severely stretched. During our free inspection, we will evaluate your vehicle and tell you honestly whether PDR is the right solution. Repairs that fall outside the scope of PDR — such as panels with cracked paint, deep gouges, or structural damage — may require traditional body shop work, which we do not perform.
We reserve the right to decline any repair we determine cannot be completed to our quality standards.
Estimates are provided based on a visual inspection of your vehicle. While we make every reasonable effort to provide accurate estimates, additional damage that becomes visible only after work begins may affect the final cost. If we find additional damage during repair, we will pause work and contact you to discuss any changes before proceeding.
Quoted prices are valid for thirty days from the date of the estimate unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change for repairs scheduled outside that window.
We back every paintless dent repair we perform with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If a dent we repaired returns or fails in the area of repair under normal use, we will re-repair it at no additional charge.
The warranty covers defects in the workmanship of the paintless dent repair we performed, including dents that re-emerge or panels that show stretching or distortion in the repaired area under normal driving conditions.
The warranty does not cover new damage to the vehicle, damage caused by subsequent collisions or impacts, hail damage that occurs after our repair, paint defects unrelated to our work, damage from improper repair attempted by another party after our service, or damage to areas of the vehicle we did not repair.
To make a warranty claim, contact us by phone or email. We will inspect the vehicle and, if the issue is covered, perform the warranty repair at our shop in Dallas-Fort Worth. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and vehicle.
As a service to our customers, we assist with the filing and management of auto insurance claims for hail damage and other covered events. This includes filing the initial claim, communicating with the insurance adjuster, preparing supplements when additional damage is identified, and coordinating direct billing with insurers who allow it.
Auto Medic Dent Repair is an independent repair shop. We are not an insurance agency, broker, or adjuster, and we do not represent any insurance company. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim, the amount your insurer will pay, or the speed at which your insurer will respond.
Under Texas law, you have the right to choose the repair shop that performs work on your vehicle. Any insurer suggestion to the contrary should be disregarded. We are happy to work with any insurance carrier on your behalf, but the contract for the insurance payout is between you and your insurer.
Many of our customers ask whether their insurance deductible can be reduced or waived. Texas law permits an automotive repair shop to offer credits, discounts, or other adjustments that may help offset the cost of a deductible in certain circumstances. Where we offer such credits, we do so transparently as part of our quoted price and in compliance with state law.
We do not engage in insurance fraud. Inflated estimates, fabricated damage, and undisclosed kickbacks are illegal and harmful to every honest driver who pays a premium. If you have questions about how our pricing interacts with your deductible, ask us — we will explain it plainly.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair and before vehicle release, unless other arrangements have been made in advance — for example, direct billing to an insurance carrier or fleet account terms.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For insurance claims paid directly to us, the customer remains responsible for any agreed-upon deductible. For amounts exceeding what an insurer pays — for example, customer-requested upgrades or non-covered repairs — the customer is responsible for the balance.
Vehicles left at our shop more than thirty days after completion of work and notification of completion may incur reasonable storage fees as permitted under Texas law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Medic Dent Repair, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
While vehicles are in our care, we maintain garage-keepers liability coverage in accordance with Texas law. Our coverage limits are available on request.
